Windows 11 Compatibility

How To Check If Your PC Can Be Upgraded To Windows 11

If Windows 11 compatibility is reading as “Not Compliant” it may be due to Secure Boot or TPM being disabled in the computers motherboard settings (BIOS), if that’s the case you can simply enable them both in the BIOS.

To enable Secure Boot in the BIOS:

  1. Access BIOS –  Restart the computer and press the correct key (normally F2, Delete, or F12) during the boot process to enter the menu.
  2. Locate Secure Boot Option – Navigate through the BIOS menu to find the Secure Boot/Security section (it may be under a Boot or Advanced section).
  3. Enable Secure Boot – Find the Secure Boot option and enable it.
  4. Save Changes and Exit.

After restarting, your Windows 11 compliance should now be “Compliant” if the Secure Boot is enabled.

Please Note: If you are having issues with TPM 2.0 compliance, you will need to enable TPM 2.0 in the BIOS as well.
