If you are unhappy with the Domain Name services you receive we have a complaints procedure. We take complaints seriously and will try our best to put things right.

The Complaints Procedure

To complain about our Domain Name service, or if there is a problem with your Domain Name registration or renewal contact us straight away. Please speak to the engineer or staff member you have been dealing with and tell them about the problem, they may be able to resolve the problem quickly.

If your problem or complaint cannot be resolved by speaking to the engineer you have been dealing with, you can make a formal complaint by emailing us to – support@lds.co.uk

We will aim to respond within 5 business working days.
