Important update regarding the future of our Hosted Exchange platform and associated services
After many successful years of service, Microsoft has announced it will end support for the current version of Hosted Exchange in October 2025. This marks a natural turning point, and as a result, we will be retiring Hosted Exchange on 1st October 2025:
Why is this happening?
This decision is driven by Microsoft’s roadmap. Maintaining and securing our platform beyond Microsoft’s support window would introduce unacceptable risk.
This change opens the door to a more modern, secure, and scalable email environment: Microsoft 365.
This change WILL occur on the 1st of October 2025 so if you have hosted exchange with us and want to keep your email data you must back it up to pst.
