I.T Support Packages
The support that we offer to all our customers can be more cost effective than having their own in house I.T Technician. The Support Package gives customers piece of mind that an engineer will be visiting them at least once per month to resolve any problems they are currently having and look into ways that they can improve their I.T Network. We will individually tailor the service to your requirements and then be flexible so as to work around you. With prices at a reduced rate to that of the Adhoc Support, what more could you ask for?
Remote Support
With the majority of I.T related problems being only minor issue the Remote Support works well not only on its own but with the I.T Support Package. With just one telephone call, one of our engineers can login to your server and take a look at the problem. So with approximately 95% of the problems being able to be resolved this way it works out a very cost effect service to have.
Adhoc Support
We have a team of engineers ready to help when problems arise. We don't ask you to start purchasing minutes so you can store up time as and when its required like other companies do. All we ask you to do is pick up the phone and give us a call, and that's it. You can't get more flexible than that!
